CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

 

Memberships cancellations made with at least 36 hours of scheduled date are fully refundable minus the credit card charging fees (5%) + $1 . Memberships cancellations made with less than 36 hours are non-refundable and any balance due will be charged to credit card provided.

Shuttles cancelled by EASY HOP due unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled. If reschedule is not possible at all because of the weather you will receive a 100% refund.  There are no refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of memberships or not shows.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
