You are responsible for obtaining the data network access necessary for the Platform. Mobile network message and data rates and fees may apply if you access or use the Platform from a wireless device and you will be responsible for such fees and rates. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Platform. EASY HOP does not guarantee that the Platform, or any part thereof, will function on any particular hardware or device.

Through the Platform, the Affiliated Providers offer services, the payment of which may be made through the payment of a Membership (hereinafter the " Membership ") or not, as expressly indicated on the Platform or as indicated at the time of purchasing the Membership. same. The services are provided by Affiliated Providers who in all cases are businesses independent of EASY HOP, and who are fully responsible for the provision of services, including mobility, and the payment and declaration of taxes generated as a result of the Provision of services. You acknowledge and agree that EASY HOP is a mere intermediary connecting two parties. Consequently, the services are, in each case, provided directly by the Affiliated Provider, who is independent and does not act as a representative, affiliate, agent or employee of EASY HOP or any of its related companies.
Both those who offer services through the Platform -Affiliated Providers-, and those who receive them for the purpose of this -Affiliated Users-, declare and guarantee to comply with all laws, permits and authorizations applicable to that effect.
By paying the Membership, the Affiliate User may receive the amount of contracted services, during the accepted frequency. Each Membership has certain distinctive conditions, among which will be its duration. If the Affiliated User does not use the Membership during the period granted for that purpose in the conditions contracted, the Membership will expire and the Affiliated User will not be able to claim any refund or cancellation.
Likewise, there may be services offered on the Platform whose payment must be made during or after the provision of the same, without them being computed as benefits of the Membership. For such purposes, the services will be identified on the Platform. The Affiliated User, as the contracting party of the services, is responsible for paying them, as agreed with the Affiliated Provider. EASYHOP's commission or fees for brokerage services is agreed upon between EASY HOP and each Affiliated Provider. As part of the Platform's services, a price suggestion mechanism is offered that calculates and provides the parties with an estimate of the amount to pay for the services agreed upon through the Platform;
EASYHOP facilitates the payment of services as a collection agent and facilitator of the interconnection between the different affiliates of the Platform. The payment made by the Affiliated User will be considered as a payment made directly to the Affiliated Provider. Therefore, EASY HOP will only act as collection agent. The user must immediately pay the total charge for the services that have been provided.
EASY HOP will not be responsible for any error made by the providers of electronic payment services or by the issuing banks of the credit/debit cards. Once the user has made the corresponding payment, EASYHOP may issue a summary of the amounts charged to, as a collection settlement, which will not be considered as an invoice for tax purposes.
Additional Charges
The Affiliated User may be compelled to pay the Affiliated Provider additional sums. In this sense, the Affiliated User will be responsible for the cost of repairing damages and/or the necessary cleaning of the properties of the Affiliated Providers that offer them services, as long as said damages are caused by the use under their account that exceeds damage considered normal due to “wear and tear” and necessary cleaning.
In the event that the need for repair or cleaning is reported after the use made by the Affiliated User, and said repair or cleaning is verified as attributable to the Affiliated User by EASY HOP in its reasonable discretion, EASY HOP reserves the right to facilitate the payment for the reasonable cost of such repair or cleaning on behalf of the affected party using your payment method indicated in your Account. For such purposes, the Affiliated User authorizes EASY HOP to charge the payment method registered in his Account, the following sums, according to the harmful event that occurred:
These amounts will be transferred by EASY HOP to the affected party and are not refundable.
By accepting these Terms and using the Platform, you irrevocably agree to:
i) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works on the Platform, or distribute, license, lease, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, retransmit or otherwise exploit the Platform, except as expressly permitted by EASY HOP;
ii) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Platform, except as permitted by applicable law;
iii) link, mirror or frame any part of the Platform;
iv) cause or launch any program or script for the purpose of extracting, indexing, analyzing or otherwise mining data from any part of the Platform or unduly overloading or blocking the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the Platform; either
v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or damage any aspect of the Platform or its related systems or networks.
While receiving or providing services, you agree to maintain civil conduct, not contrary to morals or public order (including the use of substances such as alcohol and drugs). Likewise, you agree not to ask or force the providers of the services you contract to carry out acts that violate any traffic regulation or other applicable law or regulation. In the event of an administrative penalty, injury, traffic accident, vehicle damage, or other loss resulting from such prohibited acts attributable to you, you will indemnify the party who suffered the loss(s).
You understand and accept that the breach of any of the obligations established in this section or in general in these Conditions, enables EASY HOP to cancel, without any responsibility, your Membership and your Account.
EASY HOP AND THE AFFILIATED PROVIDERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES THAT EACH OF THEM OFFERS THE AFFILIATED USER. AFFILIATED USERS WHO PRESENT VIOLENT ATTITUDES, CARRY WEAPONS, HAVE EVIDENT SYMPTOMS OF HAVING CONSUMED HALLUCINOGENIC OR NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES OR EXCESS ALCOHOL OR AFFILIATED USERS WHO IN GENERAL DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE BASIC RULES OF MORAL CONDUCT IN ACCORDANCE WITH PUBLIC ORDER MAY BE EXCLUDED FROM PROVIDING AFFILIATE SERVICES AND BE EXCLUDED FROM PROVIDING AFFILIATE SERVICES THERE WILL BE NO REIMBURSEMENT OBLIGATION TO YOU.

Failure to keep your Account information accurate, complete and up-to-date, or keeping an invalid or expired payment method on file if you are an Affiliate User, may result in your inability to use the Platform without any liability on the part of EASYHOP.
EASY HOP allows people of legal age to have only one Account; which under no circumstances may be transferred. If you are a minor under the laws applicable to the Territory, you may not have an account. The use of the Account is personal, so you may not allow people under 18 years of age to benefit from the services offered through the Platform, unless you are an Affiliated User, and said minors are accompanied by you. To obtain the benefits contracted from Affiliated Providers through the use of the Platform, you may be required to provide an identity document or other identity verification element for access or use of the Platform, and you agree that you may be denied access to or use of the Platform if you refuse to provide your identity document or identity verification item. In the execution of offers, events, activities, particular promotions, special conditions may be applied which will be notified in advance and must be accepted by you in order to benefit from said exceptional events. The conditions applicable to each particular event will prevail over the Conditions in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Platform.

Title to the Platform and all rights relating to it are and remain the property of EASY HOP or EASY HOP's licensors. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Platform transfer or grant to you any rights in or related to the Platform; or to use or mention in any way the company names, logos, product and facility names, trademarks or service marks of EASY HOP or of EASY HOP's licensors.
EASY HOP may put an immediate end to these Conditions, to the use of the Platform or in general to any of the elements that make up the Platform, with respect to you or, in general, stop offering or deny access to the Platform or any part of it. her, at any time and for any reason.

You agree that the entire risk arising from your use of the Platform and any assistance requested in connection therewith shall be solely with you, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
EASY HOP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage relating to, or in connection with, or otherwise arising out of from any use of the Platform, even if EASY HOP has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
EASY HOP will not be responsible for any damage, liability or loss arising from:
i) Your use of or reliance on the Platform or your inability to access or use the Platform; either
ii) Any transaction or relationship between you and other users or providers of the Platform, even if EASY HOP had been warned of the possibility of such damages.
EASY HOP shall not be liable for any delay or non-execution resulting from causes beyond EASY HOP's reasonable control.
In no event shall EASY HOP's total liability to you in connection with the Platform for all damages, losses and lawsuits exceed two hundred (US$200) dollars, legal tender of the United States of America.
You agree to hold EASY HOP and its directors, officers, employees and agents, affiliated or related companies and companies harmless and liable for any claim, demand, loss, liability and expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

iii) EASY HOP's use of your User Content; either

Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, these Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively under the laws of the Republic of Panama, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Any discrepancy, claim or difference that arises between the parties related to the object, application, execution or interpretation of this contract, as well as those related to the validity, compliance or termination thereof, will be resolved through arbitration in law, before the Conflict Resolution Center (CESCON) in accordance with its rules of procedure. The arbitration will be conducted in the Spanish language; each party will bear the costs of the arbitration.
EASY HOP may modify the Conditions related to the Platform when it deems it appropriate. Modifications will be effective upon EASY HOP's posting of such updated Terms at this location or any applicable amended policies or supplemental terms. The notifications, terms or other requirements expressly specified or integrated in the Platform will form an integral part of these Conditions. No joint venture, partner, employment or agency relationship exists between you and EASYHOP as a result of the contract between you and EASYHOP or the use of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any law, then such provision or any part thereof shall be deemed not to form part of these Terms, although the legality, validity, and Enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected.
